Job Description
Provide mental health services which include intake assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case management and consultation as fit to the client’s needs.
Facilitate group therapy.
Be properly registered with a primary associate number by the CA BBS and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the appropriate CA state board and the services performed for SCC.
Maintain a caseload of minimum of 25 clients per week.
Attend meetings: staff meetings, case consultation, supervision, and trainings as scheduled.
Complete and maintain electronic health records up to date, within 24 hours of service rendered.
Demonstrate experience and comfortable working with diverse ethnic groups, races, religions, ages, and gender.
Requirements
Masters Degree in related fields: Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy
CA Board of Behavioral Sciences Registration: ACSW, AMFT, APCC
Preferably with 1500+ supervised hours towards licensure
Trained in an EBP: EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman Method, EFT, etc.
Must be able to work weekdays, evenings, and Saturday.
Excellent clinical, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy

Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy.
