My Story
Michelle acquired her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an interest in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Her passion as a clinical therapist is to work with others and encourage or walk along the path of understanding our own strengths and bravery to find what we are most capable of. Mental health struggles are real, and when faced with the most difficult challenges, we do not have to face them alone.
She has experience working with different populations, mainly with children and adolescents. Her expertise is working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, body image issues, abuse, trauma, depression, grief, behavioral issues, and more. She strives on continuing to be a vessel to affect the desired change in the lives that she serves.
In her personal time, she is passionate about teaching and training in martial arts. Outside of the clinical field, she also enjoys serving her church family and strengthening her faith as an adult youth leader and devoted Deacon. She would appreciate the opportunity to work with you and identify the tools one can most benefit from through therapy.
